At Aarika Spices, we process your orders promptly to ensure quick delivery, and therefore, orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
Due to the nature of food products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges once the products are delivered. We request customers to carefully review their orders before confirming payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos. We will assess the case and provide a replacement if applicable.
